As a distinguished leader at renowned organizations such as Tata Elxsi, Subex, and Mobileum, he has a proven track record in driving sales, business development, operations and cultivating global client relationships. Joining Subex as a startup with just 30 employees, Srinivas played a pivotal role in its impressive growth to over 1,000 employees and more than 300 clients across 100+ countries. His diverse market experience provides him with unique insights into the industry's evolving landscape, enabling him to adeptly navigate challenges and identify emerging opportunities.

With significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, Srinivas has successfully led due diligence processes, negotiated favorable terms, and integrated new businesses for effective scaling. Renowned for his visionary leadership and customer-centric approach, he cultivates a culture of collaboration and innovation at Technodysis. Prior to joining Technodysis, Girish held finance role in DELL. At Technodysis he leads a dynamic finance team, overseeing financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment, his strong fundraising capabilities and analytical acumen allow him to secure vital capital for strategic initiatives that drive growth. Girish creates value for the company and its stakeholders with a collaborative leadership style, he promotes a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring Technodysis is well-prepared to navigate the evolving business landscape and achieve its financial objectives.

Somesh brings deep execution experience across end-to-end Agile SDLC, RPA and AI-driven automation, and cloud & on-premise platforms. With strengths in Test Architecture, Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering and CMMI Level 5 transformations, he combines strategic vision with operational rigor to modernize platforms, optimize delivery and accelerate enterprise transformation.

He has held multiple senior leadership roles within Tier-1 telecom operators and global technology vendors, including MTN Group, Bharti Airtel, Ericsson, and BT, where he consistently drove large-scale transformations across revenue assurance, fraud management, and enterprise operations.

Widely recognized for transforming traditional Revenue Assurance functions into holistic Business Assurance frameworks, Nixon has integrated financial control, technology governance, and strategic decision support into enterprise-wide operating models. He has directed shared service hubs across more than 20 markets and led major CAPEX programs focused on automation and advanced analytics. These initiatives have delivered sustained improvements in revenue protection, cost optimization, and operational resilience.
